    Spare parts service and maintenance

    We won’t leave you alone with your painting system. Whether it's an AFOTEK system or one from another manufacturer – our service team develops individual solutions for spare parts and servicing to maintain the performance of painting systems.

    Spare and wearing parts service – always the right part at hand

    Upon system handover, you will receive a detailed list of all spare and wearing parts from us, including storage recommendations, because: only with proper storage can you ensure the productivity and availability of your AFOTEK system. We also offer our service with original spare parts from our range for painting systems of other makes. This is what we mean by all-round service!

    Consignment warehouse – convenient pick-up as needed

    As a supplementary service, we can also create a consignment warehouse which you can operate independently. You remove materials as needed and conveniently report the removal via email. You then receive an invoice from us for the spare or wearing parts removed. The goods remain the property of AFOTEK until they are removed.

    By setting up a consignment warehouse, you increase the supply security of your painting systems or powder coating systems and benefit from low processing costs.

    Maintenance of painting systems

    In addition to the spare and wearing parts service, we also take care of the maintenance of your systems and thus increase their smooth operation.

    We design maintenance plans for you that are individually tailored to the needs of your AFOTEK system and record all activities in detail. Our range of services includes mechanical and electrical maintenance and extends to the entire painting and powder coating system, including conveyor technology, painting booths, units, etc. In addition to AFOTEK systems, you can also have third-party products serviced by us – regardless of whether they are pretreatment systems, drying systems, painting systems, CDC coating systems or powder coating systems.

    Customer training as well as production and start-up support – qualification increases quality

    User and practice-oriented training and further education of your operating and maintenance personnel is essential for ensuring optimal support of your system. On the one hand, process and system knowledge helps to maximise system utilisation, and on the other hand, early identification of error sources ensures low downtimes. System malfunctions and quality problems can be reduced to a minimum by well-trained personnel.

    Our customer service and service team is available to answer any questions you may have about the supply of spare and wearing parts for your painting or powder coating system, in the event of system malfunctions and when requesting maintenance or repairs, from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 hrs.
