For more than a quarter of a century, AFOTEK has specialized on the holistic planning and realization of surface technology systems. Powder coating systems, wet coating systems, plastic coating systems and cathodic dip coating systems belong to the versatile portfolio of our company, as well as the AFOTOEK Shuttle Conveyor Technique (ASF)
As general contractor, we provide fully automatic coating systems, which are linked to the production of our customers and are on request equipped with robots and application technique for refining plastics, metal and wood.
In addition to complex overall solutions for chained systems, AFOTEK offers individual solutions and components for pretreatment systems, dryers, painting booths, paint sludge dischargers, conveyor technique and environmental engineering.
We focus on developing an individual, innovative and energy efficient overall concept. Its aim is always to optimize energy and resource use to obtain competitive advantages for our customers. Apart from construction and production of the system, the system control software is also our responsibility so that we can offer our customers a consistent overall concept.
During the total project phase our customers have a permanent contact, who serves them professionally. Furthermore, we provide our customers with a site manager as their contact on site during the total assembly and commissioning. After system hand-over our service team is available for all questions concerning spare parts supply, maintenance etc.
Our customers belong not only to the automotive and supply industry but also to the general processing industry as well as the aeronautical engineering and medical technology. Major brands rely on the quality of AFOTEK.
AFOTEK is located with two branches in Bad Hersfeld, in the middle of Germany. 85 employees at both locations develop, design and manufacture systems which are tailored on the requests of our customers.
